har aik ke lab pe hai terii hamd-o-sanaa
har soz meN har saaz meN maujuud hai tuu
On everyone’s lips there is praise and eulogy for You.
You are present in the every heart’s passion [and] every musical harmony.
ya Hayyo ya Qayyuum
ya Rahimo ya Rahman
ya Aadilo ya Dayyaan
ya Haafizo ya Sattaar
ya Wahido ya Ghaffar
ya Maaliko ya Razzaaq
O the living one! O the self-subsisting one!
O the merciful! O the beneficent!
O the just one, O the judge
O the protector, O the concealing one!
O the unique one! O the forgiver
O the owner! O the provider!
tuu Khaaliq-e-har Khallaq
har raaz tujhe maaluum
You are the creator of all creators.
You know all the secrets.
tuu misl hai laa-raib
tuu paak hai tuu be-aib
You are an example of certainty
you are pure and without blemish.
tuu ziist kaa hai unvaaN
tuu saakhir-e-har udvaaN
You the title for life.
(I am not sure about the second line, somebody please help!)
terii zaat hai azz-o-jal
tuu har mushkil kaa hal
har samt hai terii dhuum
(Your being is eternal
you are the solution for every problem
you are known everywhere )
ya Hayyo ya Qayyum
( O the alive one, O the self-subsisting one )

Dear Friend,
It’s just a suggestion, but I think I may be able to help you with the line “tuu saakhir-e-har udvaaN”:
In Classical Arabic, “udvaaN” means “hostility”, “hatred”, “tyranny”, or “oppression”; it is derived from the same root as the word ‘aduw, meaning “enemy”. “Saakhir” (written with the letter saad, not siin) is defined as “the noise produced by the impact of iron hitting iron or stone”, i.e. “a crushing sound” or “a smashing sound”.
Bearing these notions in mind, wouldn’t “You [are] the one who vanquishes all hatred” be a plausible translation?
This is the best I can come up with, but as always, God knows best – Allahu A’lam!
